Lazyboy Power Lift Recliner, top of the line along with a special stain resistant fabric. Extremely well-built, durable and comfortable. We had it on our upper level for only 6 weeks while wife was recovering from a knee surgery. We planned on keeping beyond however we are opening up our lower level a bit more. It is in absolute mint, brand new condition from a super-clean smoke-free home. We even had a cover on it. The unit is not extremely heavy. The back is removable which makes it very easy to move and transport. A small SUV or larger station wagon will work just fine. Measurements: 38” width 39” depth 43”height, so not a huge chair. Looks and works like a regular non-rocking power recliner until you need the lift. Color: Rich brown stain resistant fabric as pictured. Will fit someone that is 5’ to 6.’ in height very comfortably.
